A View From The Bridge Tickets

A View from the Bridge is a play that was created by Arthur Miller that premiered on September 29, 1955. The play was originally a one-act drama, until a year later when it was recreated into a two-act version.

The main character of the play is Eddie Carbone, an Italian-American living with his wife and niece. The plot then revolves around Eddie and his relationship with his niece as well as other factors that somewhat threaten his relationship with Catherine, the niece.

The play has been performed in various theaters such as the Sheridan Square Playhouse, Broadway, Comedy Theatre, and Ambassador Theatre. As proof of the play’s excellence, it has been given rewards such as the 1998 Drama Desk Award, and the 1998 Tony Award for Best Revival of a Play. Various film various have been made based on the play, and most recently a movie starring Anthony LaPaglia and Scarlett Johansson is said to be in production.
