About Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns is a Professional American Football Team based in Cleveland, Ohio. The team is a member of North Division of American Football Conference in the National Football League.

The team started to play in 1946 as a charter member of All America Football Conference and later in 1950 they joined the National Football League. The Cleveland Browns was formed and founded by Arthur Mickey McBride and Paul Brown. The name Browns of the team was used in recognition to its co-founder Paul Brown who was a popular figure in Ohio sports. The team’s official colors are seal brown, burnt orange and white. Its mascot names are CB, Chomps, TD and Trappe.

The home of the Browns is the Cleveland Browns Stadium located at the North Coast Harbor of Ohio.
The franchise was immediately successful after it was created. They dominate the All America Football Conference when they won the four league championships from 1946 to 1949. In 1948 they became the first pro football team to finish the season and playoffs with no losses and ties. The Browns also won 4 National Football League Championships in the years 1950, 1954, 1955 and 1964. They also bagged 11 Conference championships and 13 Division Championships. Lastly, they got a total of 28 playoff appearances since 1946 up to 2002.
