Inspired by the film, Drumline Live! is a live production based on the Historically Black College and University marching band tradition. Drumline Live! is also an international tour.
The show consists of musical performances by none other than talented drumlines and dancers. The show features catching music, riveting rhythms, with bold beats all done with contagious high energy. The group performances range from original compositions and interpretations of top 40 hits. Audiences will enjoy colorful, choreographed routines as well as heavy drum riffs and cadences. Drummers together with dancers make for a colorful production, filled with music, and high energy.
The show is co-produced by Halftime Live, LLC, and CAMI Ventures. Drumline Live! is the first ever production that brought the black marching band tradition to the theatrical stage. An ongoing effort is being made to kick off Drumline Live! worldwide tour that is estimated to begin in the summer of 2010.
