About Sugarland

Sugarland is an American country duo comprised of Jennifer Nettles as lead vocalist and Kristian Bush as backup vocalist and guitarist. Playing country music since 2003, the group used to be a threesome until Kristen Hall controversially left in 2005 which resulted to a lawsuit.

After having been signed with Mercury Nashville, Sugarland released its debut studio album in 2004. The album turned triple platinum in the U.S. and sold 2.6 million copies. Included in the album are their No. 2 Billboard Hot Country Songs hits “Baby Girl” and “Something More” which they performed in the 2006 Grammy Awards.

The country duo also released other certified U.S. multiple platinum albums, “Enjoy the Ride” in 2006 and “Love on the Inside” in 2008. They are set to release their 4th studio album “The incredible Machine” in Fall of 2010.

The duo country singer-songwriters received their first recognition in the 2005 American Music Awards for Breakthrough Favorite New Artist which was followed by several music awards including two Grammys during the 51st Grammy Awards in 2009 for Best Country Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals and Best Country Song for their single “Stay.”

Jennifer's energy; tightness of the band; new songs including finale Walking In Memphis

Sugarland was great as usual;high energy show with most of the hits and three new songs from the album. The disappointment was Little Big Town. Their set suffered from horrible sound mix; way too much bass and vocal level. When they came back to help close the show with Walking in Memphis they were great.
