Thomas and Friends Live! is a stage presentation and show featuring the popular Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends. This show began as a childrenís television series and was based on The Railway Series by Reverend W. V. Awdry and Christopher Awdry, his son.
Thomas and his friends live and work at the fictional Island of Sodor. There, they work and learn something new every day. They also get to meet new friends as they work. In the show, the engines help children learn good values.
The live shows also help teach values to children. Children will surely enjoy seeing their favorite engines on stage. However, because of restrictions in space on the stage, the engines couldnít ìtravelî to many places as they could do in the series. Still, they do move to various locations. However, there are productions in which real models of the engines are brought so that the kids could actually ride on their favorite engines.
